Such a known molded plastic part has at least one region which is designed as a plug-in sleeve, and is therefore also referred to as a sleeve molding in total. The molding may be a pipe molding such as a bend, a reduction, a molding for or with a throttle valve. It is used for connection to a pipe, which may be made of plastic, sheet metal, steel, VA or aluminum, or with another molded part, which is formed with a straight, nozzle-shaped end.
Such moldings and pipes are used in ventilation systems for irrigation or drainage with or of liquids, especially in the building sector.
In the arrangement of a molded part with a plug-in sleeve with an inserted tube or the like, the tube should be liquid-tight or gas-tightly connected to the molded part or the plug-in socket. For this purpose, a plug-in socket with lip seal is known, which is formed as an insert ring-shaped and is supplied loose, so that it can be mounted inside the socket over its inner circumference extending (brochure of the company Beck Kunststoffverformungs GmbH "Innovation May 2003, air technology for laboratories " ). The lip seal has for this purpose on the outside approaches that fit into recesses in the socket. For holding and sealing a tube or the like inserted into the plug-in socket at the installation point, two sealing lips offset in the axial direction are formed on the inside of the lip seal, which are bevelled with respect to the axial direction of the plug-in socket. The state of the art of the socket / pipe connections also includes claws or clamps which may have toothing on their tube-side end as well as a central sealing ring or a central sealing profile (US 2005/0253380 A1, US Pat. The present invention is therefore based on the object, while avoiding the disadvantages of the prior art, to provide a molded part with at least one plug-in sleeve on a molding end and with an annular lip seal, with a simple, dense FormteiF / pipe connection with high pull-out force can be realized.

According to claim 4, the plug-in sleeve of the molding advantageously an annular expansion, in which the lip seal is injected. As a result, apart from the sealing lips, the lip seal may have the same inside diameter as the adjacent section of the plug-in sleeve, which facilitates the insertion of the pipe end for producing the socket / pipe connection by secure guidance and largely eliminates damage to the multiple lip seal during assembly. The annular expansion of the plug-in sleeve in the region of the annular seal acts outwardly as an annular elevation of the plug-in sleeve, the material thickness of the plug-in sleeve wall remaining the same in the course of its axial direction.
The annular elevation allows reliable attachment of an optional retaining clip without digging into the socket coupling teeth, tips or the like. If to secure the socket / pipe joint, which is additionally clamped together by means of the retaining clip, the retaining clip engages at most in the material of the tube, the consequent notching of the tube due to the per se good effect of the multiple lip seal can be limited so that the strength properties of the tube are largely retained. A separate sealing element, such as an O-ring, is not required in the retaining clip.
